Refund and Cancellation Policy

DamaClick sells services, not physical products, so there is nothing to ship back. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work.

What you are buying

Every engagement — Meta ads management, a website build, or SEO work — is quoted individually and confirmed in writing before any work starts. The scope, the fee, the billing cycle and the notice period for that engagement are set out in that written agreement, and those terms are what govern it.

Cancelling

Ad management is a month-to-month service. You can stop at any time by telling us in writing, subject to the notice period in your agreement. We will hand over your ad account, campaigns, audiences and creative assets — they are yours and they stay yours.

Refunds

Work already delivered is not refundable. If something has been paid for but not yet delivered, we refund it. If you believe work has not been delivered as agreed, email info@damaclick.com with the details and we will look at it and come back to you within five working days.

Advertising budget

Your advertising budget is paid by you directly to Meta and is never held by DamaClick. Money you have spent on ads cannot be refunded by us; unspent budget stays in your own account.
