    2. You get a written answer in one business day

      What I would do first, what I would stop doing, what I think it will cost and what it could return. In plain language, not agency vocabulary.

    3. You decide, with nothing riding on it

      If it makes sense we start, month to month, cancel whenever. If it does not, you keep the audit and we part on good terms.
