This page explains what information DamaClick collects when you use damaclick.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written in plain language on purpose.

Who we are

DamaClick is a marketing agency that manages Facebook and Instagram advertising and builds websites and SEO for its clients. Our website address is https://damaclick.com. For anything in this policy, write to info@damaclick.com.

What we collect

Information you send us

When you fill in the free ad audit form, email us, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you put in it — typically your name, email address, phone number, website address and a description of your business. We use it to reply to you and to prepare the audit or proposal you asked for. Nothing more.

If you subscribe to our mailing list, we store the email address you give us so we can send you the emails you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link and unsubscribing removes you immediately.

Technical information

Like every website, ours sits on a web server that keeps standard access logs: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you opened, the page that referred you, and the date and time. These logs exist for security, spam prevention and troubleshooting, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.

Cookies and tracking

The site sets the cookies it needs to work — WordPress session and preference cookies, and caching cookies that help pages load quickly.

It also loads the Meta Pixel, the advertising and measurement tool belonging to Facebook and Instagram. It records which ads brought you here and which pages you used, and it allows us to show ads to people who have already visited the site. This is what the notice at the bottom of the page is telling you about. The same events are also sent to Meta from our server through its Conversions API, which is a second copy of the same information rather than additional information.

The site also uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it — which pages are viewed, how people arrived, roughly where they are and what device they use, and whether they contacted us through the form, WhatsApp, phone or email. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to recognise returning visitors. We use this only to measure and improve the site; it is not connected to advertising.

If you would rather not be measured this way, a browser content blocker will stop both the pixel and Google Analytics loading, Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics, and the ad settings inside your Facebook or Instagram account control how Meta uses what it receives.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We do rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

Hostinger — hosts this website and its server logs.
Mailchimp — delivers our email newsletter, if you have subscribed to it.
Meta Platforms — receives advertising and measurement events from this site, as described under Cookies and tracking.
Google — provides Google Analytics, which receives visit and interaction data from this site, as described under Cookies and tracking.
Cloudflare — runs the anti-spam check on our forms.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and audit requests are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are rotated by our host on its own schedule, typically within a few months.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, send you a copy, or stop using it. Email info@damaclick.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK this covers your rights under the GDPR; if you are in Turkey it covers your rights under the KVKK.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not keep information we do not need, which is the most effective protection there is.

Links to other sites

Our pages may link to other websites. Once you follow a link, that site’s own privacy policy applies — we have no control over what they collect.

Children

This is a business-to-business website and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new “last updated” date.
